We want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. Please read the warranty terms below before requesting an assessment.
What Our Warranty Covers
VapeTronix offers a 30-day warranty on vape device kits purchased in-store or online, subject to assessment and approval.
If a warranty claim is approved, a handling fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the overall condition of the device.
After the 30-day period, VapeTronix will not provide further warranty cover. You may still bring the device in for assessment, and our team will do its best to assist with a repair where possible.
If a device is assessed as beyond economical repair and is less than three months old, we may offer you an exclusive discounted deal on your next purchase.
Important Checks
All disposable devices, batteries, battery chargers and stoves are checked in-store before sale. Please ensure you are satisfied with these items at the time of purchase.
