We aim to help customers choose a practical delivery option. Courier fees depend on the provider, parcel size, destination and service selected.

Safe & Secure

Orders are packed for collection or dispatch. Please make sure the recipient and delivery details are correct before the parcel is sent.

Courier Delays

Delivery times may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, high parcel volumes or other circumstances outside our control. Once handed over, the courier manages the parcel’s transit.

How Uber Deliveries Work

Place your order. Call VapeTronix on 060 669 2253 and provide the items you require.

We pack your order. Once the order details are confirmed, our team prepares the products for collection.

Make payment. Use one of the listed VapeTronix bank accounts. Please use the correct account details and a clear payment reference so your payment can be identified.

Payment verification. Goods are released only after an employee has checked and confirmed the payment.

Arrange collection. Once release is confirmed, book your Uber driver and share the collection details. The driver may collect the order in store only after the order has been approved for release.

VTX Express is a local delivery service operated by VapeTronix. Deliveries are carried out by an appointed VapeTronix team member. This service is subject to staff availability; a delivery can only be arranged when a designated team member is free and able to deliver your parcel at that time.

How VTX Express Works

Availability. Call VapeTronix on 060 669 2253 and ask whether a VTX Express driver is available to deliver your parcel now.

Place your order. Confirm the items you require and provide your delivery address and contact details.

We pack your order. Once your order details are confirmed, our team prepares the products for delivery.

Make payment. Let our team know which bank you use, and we will provide the appropriate banking details. Use your order or invoice number as the payment reference where possible.

Payment verification. Your order will only be approved for release after an employee has checked and confirmed the payment.

Dispatch. The dedicated VTX Express team member will deliver your parcel once availability, payment and the delivery details have been confirmed.

Safety & Payment Policy: For the safety of our VTX Express team members, VapeTronix does not accept cash on delivery (COD). Payment must be made by EFT. Head office must verify and confirm the EFT before the parcel is released to a VTX Express team member for delivery. Please allow time for payment verification before dispatch.

Please note: VTX Express is subject to team-member availability and is not guaranteed to be available immediately. We will confirm whether a delivery can be completed before your parcel is dispatched.
